The FrouFrou Team has gathered together, just for you, the questions you ask us most frequently.
We're sorry your purchase isn't working for you. At 71 bis, you have 15 days to change your mind and return your purchase.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once the package is received, you will be fully refunded for the order (excluding shipping costs). To proceed correctly, see the steps on our Returns page.
Please note, clothes must be returned in their original packaging and must not have been worn: you will therefore not have slept in 71bis ;)
We do not offer exchanges. However, if you would like to change your size, color, or have changed your mind, please contact us at:
71bis@71bis.com .
We will find the best possible solution together.
If you have a problem opening a precious package (the garment is damaged despite our great vigilance, the fabric is stained), the Froufrou team is here to help. Contact us by email at 71bis@71bis.com
To check the status of your order, log in to your customer account in your online space.
Our orders are collected by the Post Office every day. We will notify you by email as soon as your order is delivered to the carrier (remember to check your spam folder). The entire FrouFrou team would like to point out that delivery times depend on the selected delivery method.
However, if you have not received your order after about ten days and there is no particular reason for this delay, then contact us without delay! 71bis@71bis.com (Don't hesitate to ring your kind neighbor or concierge who will have received the precious package)
No, for each validated order (payment accepted and validated by you), we confirm the completion of your order by sending you an email.
Check your spam folder. If you don't find any trace of our telegram there, please send us a carrier pigeon quickly to 71bis@71bis.com
Ouch, we are unable to change the delivery address for your order once it has been shipped. If it is an error in the address or a typo in the address and the carrier cannot deliver to you, the package will be re-addressed to us.
We will then contact you to return the package to you (additional shipping costs at your expense).

Hello, Houston, we have a problem. To resolve it, have you carefully checked the details of the offer to which your promo code applies? Perhaps the validity period? You must enter them in the field provided for this purpose in the order process. Codes are composed of numbers and/or letters and do not contain spaces.
Please note that promo codes cannot be combined. If you have more than one, only one can be applied per order.
All our clothing and creations are designed, prototyped, and then developed in our workshop located in Cognac, France. Then, depending on the models and volumes, we produce in Romania, Normandy, or even on-site in Charente.
At 71 bis, all our creations are designed in multiple copies upon launch.
So, good news: your fashion house has stock! But we don't do fast fashion, so quantities and editions are limited. We warned you ;)
At 71 bis, beautiful creations involve beautiful materials and noble fabrics.
Our fabrics are 100% cotton , easy to care for, longevity of the piece, the 71bis garment is passed on... Our cottons come from Spain, Italy and dormant stocks in France. They are Oeko-tex or Gots certified.
To find your size and therefore the outfit that suits you, do not hesitate to consult the size guide available on each of our product sheets.

To take your measurements, it's better to work together: it's time to get your husband involved.
To make sure you don't make a mistake, you first need to use the right tool: a flexible tape measure! Forget about the tape measure you stole from your husband's tool kit.
Grandma Paulette's tip for when you don't have a tape measure handy: a flexible cord will do the job just as well.
Next, stand in front of a mirror in your underwear. Stand up straight and remember to keep the tape measure parallel to the floor for perfect measurements.
Back Length: Measure your back length from the base of your neck or collar seam to the bottom of your buttocks. You should get a measurement between 74 cm and 85 cm.
Back width: To correctly measure your back width, you need to place your tape measure at the base of your shoulder, exactly where your arm begins.
The measurement is on average between 35 cm and 40.5 cm.
Mamie Paulette has two tricks up her sleeve:
Step 1 - maintain a natural posture and above all do not straighten up too much or bulge your shoulders as this could distort your measurements.
Step 2 - Put on a shirt that has seams that will guide you when taking your measurements.
Waist measurement: To take the measurement correctly, your fingers will guide you to find the bottom of the hips and stop at the last rib.
Be careful, Grandma Paulette is watching you, don't suck in your stomach and breathe normally!
Thigh circumference: Wrap the tape measure around the thickest part of your thigh (and yes, sorry, but it's for a good cause!)

You cherish your 71 bis clothes just as much as we do, and there's no question of leaving them in the washing machine with baby bibs and Monsieur's dirty socks.
Follow our advice meticulously and it will stay with you for years to come.
If you have a laundry at home: Dilute your usual detergent in the laundry water and then place your garment in it. Let it soak for a few hours, then simply rinse it in cold water.
Mamie Paulette's tip: a drop of white vinegar to soften and smooth your laundry!
For those who don't have a laundry room and have opted for the modern washing machine: prefer to put your 71 bis laundry inside out in a protective net and start a cycle at 30° for a very gentle spin mode. And pssst, Grandma Paulette reminds us to prefer laundry friends in the same color as your 71 bis outfit.
We categorically avoid the tumble dryer!
No iron or slightly overwhelmed? Wear your outfits wrinkled for a confident total look.
Otherwise, gentle ironing on the reverse side is recommended.
